Darth Vader

Spencer Wilding is a welsh actor from Llanelwy (St Asaph) in North Wales and known for playing roles in some of the biggest current TV and movie franchises. Perhaps best known for playing Darth Vader in the fan-favourite Rogue One: A Star Wars Story directed by Gareth Edwards and co-starring alongside a huge international cast including Donnie Yen, Felicity Jones, Mads Mikkelsen and Forest Whitaker and more.

Another memorable role was as the prison guard at the start of Guardians of the Galaxy, taking away (Chris Pratt) Peter Quill’s beloved walkman and playing ‘Hooked on a feeling’ whilst he protests from across the cell. Other roles include a White Walker in Game of Thrones, the werewolf in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Knight of Hogwarts in Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Part 2, a Vogon Soldier in Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, a League of Shadows Warrior in Batman Begins, Kilowog in Green Lantern, Grannik in Ghost Rider, Frankensteins Monster in Victor Frankenstein, Giant Gyptian in The Golden Compass, Skaldak, Wooden King & The Creature in Doctor Who, Falque in Jupiter Ascending, Growler in Pan and Quill Goddess in Class.
